Wifi extender for Smart-4G-Hub with SIM card

Hi, I'm the middle of moving from a static caravan to our renovated house. The internet works fine, but I can't get it to extend to the caravan. I bought a wi-fi extender but that doesn't work. Am I missing something?

Yesterday once again No Signal . Niw only ONE BAR despite EE showing alls well .It’s NOT well I’m afraid and 4GEE is very weak .  It’s just getting Worse since BT have taken over EE. Do they really know what they are doing  in the digital world???
