I have an 5GEE router that I'm trying to connect to another network. I've looked up the EMEI and it's definitely unlocked. I've managed to get the APN and enter this for the new network. However it doesn't then allow me to connect to the new network. I've checked under network connection and I can 'register' with the new network, but this doesn't seem to make any difference. I feel like there's one last thing I need to do but I can't work it out. Has anyone done this recently and can help?

Hi @havesomepenguin ,
Welcome to the EE Community 🙂 I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with using your 5GEE router. Was it on our dedicated unlocking page you checked the device is unlocked Device unlock (ee.co.uk) ?
Are you getting network signal for your other SIM when you have it inserted and selected, it just wont connect to the internet or do you get no signal?
Have you tested your SIM in another device to confirm it is working separately?
