Hi,i’m in Spain and i would like to use my wi-fi, but i try to use it i can connect to the device, but internet is the not working.Shall i do anything special to use it?

How to top up 4GEE WiFi Mini when no data left
I have the above router and have used up the data. I managed to get £10 credit added and thought I would be off and running again. However I have a Catch22. The credit shows up on the account but I have to press a "Top Up" button to load the data on....

I don't get the internet when I am out of the house.
The mobile works fine indoors, as I have a G4 dongle with good reception.My mobile account has 30 gigs, buy it is impossible to use Google Maps, etc. when I am out and about.
