Can anybody tell me why I presented with my passport at the EE shop twice and still have the content lock on?

Do you know if the shop assistant went onto your account to remove it?

I don't know but I went into the shop today, they said it was removed and it still isn't

It can take up to 24 hours to be removed, @Jellybean020138.
I'd suggest periodically turning the phone off and on again to see if the change takes affect.

If you are still having a problem with this and you are using Google browser please make sure you content lock is on adult in the ee app then follow the below instructions

SafeSearch.
at the top right, your SafeSearch setting is locked. The settings page provides info about who manages your SafeSearch setting.
