Hey everyone, so I was originally having an issue with this hub connecting through the LAN port as there is only one port on this device. I managed to turn on Port Ping which resolved the issues with connecting a switch and having some stuff connected via Ethernet. The only issue now is every few minutes the Wi-Fi just shows no internet. This last a few minutes then works for a bit and goes back to not working. It only has this issue while I have stuff plugged in through the LAN port. I get about 400-500mb as I live in London and I’m with EE with my phone too and no issues with service as all.
I’m not 100% familiar with all the advance settings. So if anyone has any suggestions what to try, as there is no guide for this new is it’s only for bigger one with more ports I’ve added a photo for reference too.

I'm not sure why this would happen.
I'd recommend getting in touch with our Tech Team so they can look into this for you.

These routers are rubbish! I'm having same issue for a year now.. £55 a month for WiFi to keep dropping 10 times a day. I'm sick and tired of it.
Did you ever get this resolved??
