My account was suspended because I hadn't paid a bill but I thought it was on a direct debit,I've just paid the bill online now,how do I get my service turned back on?

Hi @Bazwill 

It can take up to 24 hours to process payments. As the banks won't process your payment until Tuesday, it maybe Wednesday.

You can set up your direct debit online or via EE CS.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
