Since you have updated your app it is impossible for me to look at my bills and usage I think I will leave EE and go back to 02

Hi I am new to EE I downloaded the EE app but although I can get on the app it keeps saying it does not belong to me and ask the account holder for access to buy anything otherwise it is just blank.what am I doing wrong please.
