Hi - why is the ee  website so difficult to navigate? Cannot find the ‘log out’ button and Soooo  Very slow and constantly get ‘Sorry an Error has Occurred- please try later’ !  I pay Top price for a Sim Only account and am stuck in it till June when my 24 month contract ends. Obviously will be looking elsewhere in June after only ever having been with ee!  I was quoted  less than half of my £20 current bill with  ee and with an increase in data,   but not until my contract ends or if I change my Internet supply to them. NO - very happy with my present supplier but not with ee!

is anybody else fed up with ee?

Have you tried a different web browser? 

The log out option is at the bottom of the profile section of your EE account.
