The bills page and app are currently not accessible..  this isn't the first time  this has happened. Get this fixed please as its very annoying.

How long has this been happening? 

Do you get an error message when accessing your billing details?

Hi Leanne,

I've always had issues with it in the app in the past and had to access the
bills and payments link on the website, but that doesn't work now. I've
tried for 3 or 4 days over the last week. It comes up as "Sorry, somethings
gone wrong. Please refresh or try again later"
It's happened a couple of times in the past on the website but it's worked
after a day or so... not this time 😬

In this case, please report this to our mobile guides on 150, who will get this looked into for you and get a support ticket raised if needed.

Same issue on both mobile app and the website. Just want to see this month's bill

I've got same issues since Nov, rejoined to be able to access parental controls, can't do that either. They're now sending bills by post in large print so no cost which is crackers. I was initially told only a handful of people experiencing same issue which is clearly not true.
