Resolved! pay monthly sim problem

Account showing 0gb

I have £20 subscription pack. My account showing 0gb but payment to my card went through end Oct. Help!! What am I doing wrong?

Update

Since I've updated my Samsung a20 I've had nothing but problems. It continually asks me to register with a pin,yet my previous account used biometrics..can never get into the account in a simple manner..this new update is positively pants

EE perks

hi, I keep trying to log into my EE perks to access a new code to renew my contract with. Each time I try to reset my password it then says it’s incorrect and locks me out for 24 hours. I work for the NHS and never had an issue before
