The app in android just doesn't work - again ! For a company of this size & calibre, you think the would get this right. I deal with small companies who have developed amazing apps that just do what they are supposed to do seamlessly. Why can't ee/bt get it right ? Going back to O2 & they're mobile coverage is much better where I live.

Could you try force closing your app and re-opening it? It should be working OK this morning.

Works ok on my S24 Ultra.
Close the app then go into settings - apps and clearing the cache/data.
