Got a phone bill in which is 240% bigger than normal so I need to see a bill. Get told on this website to download the app to get the bill, obviously they dont trust their website and internet tech, but the app doesnt work. I log in and it reset.
I only downloaded the app 20mins or so ago, so its up to date.
So any other way's I can get a copy of the bill?
TIA

Hi @NotTalking
If you're unable to log in successfully on the EE app and your main online account, then please speak to our team directly. They'll be able to help get everything set up and review your bills with you.

There's no reason you can't view your bills via the myEE website, it's probably easier doing so on a laptop/PC-screen!

Have you got a web link because all the website tells me to do is download the app?

Your web link doesnt work and the EE app still doesnt work two months on.
Two monthly billing periods have been taken from my bank account, well above the contract I signed up for and I cant get a bill to see what these extra charges are for.
[Mod edit: please keep discussion on-topic]

Well the 3rd month in a row of not being able to get an invoice. I have made zero phone calls on this account, just data to keep the phone up to date with its android apps and updates and sms txt messages, no MMS.
£50 a month rip off!
EE part of the BT Group plc bunch of scammers listed on the FTSE stock market.
In reality I'm having to pay the pension of all those BT engineers who know not a lot because Thatcher recognised the British Govt had created something unsustainable in promises, which is why the Pensions Age went up to 67 years this month and we have no nothing youngster supporting all the corporate crap.
In anaswer to your question @Linzi_H yes I called them, they wont change my email address, they have a dead protonmail email address listed and wont change it.
So what do you suggest now from these corporate charlatans?
