Entering details on updated app

When I went to check my latest Bill from EE I had to update the EE App, I did this put in the details they asked and won't accept my details that they gave always had on record.I can't check my latest Bill......what do I do?

Should be way to remove marketing online and in app.The EE website looks like a junior developer started it and not got around to the implementing basic features yet!

Delete an EE account I don’t use.

I have two accounts with EE registered with two different email addresses. I want to delete the account that I don’t use as it has no products linked to it and it’s just an account on a data base that serves no purpose. Do I have to get EE to do this...
