Hi
Just joined EE as BT no longer supports mobiles. I have downloaded the app but can’t see an area in the app that shows my balance , plan and usage . BT had a , My BT app and apparently EE did have previously. I phoned EE but they couldn’t help . To text , “ balance “ is a bit outdated?
Am I missing something . I like the idea of , “ at a glance “

@Esio : To see your plan, Look in your online MyEE under Home > Plans & Subs > Plan Details.
Are you on contract or PAYG?

Have you linked your mobile no. to your EE a/c?
