Account migration ee id

Technical support have informed me there is a problem migrating some new ee customers re. ee id to the platform online/app where access to billing and family data sharing can be managed.

I am affected by this.

How long will it take to resolve?

I am sorry to hear you are unable to access your account details, did the team raise a support ticket for your account when you called?

The team did not mention raising a support ticket.
Can that be actioned now or do I need to call again
