Hi all, trying to get through to EE on the phone and all I get is a text message saying someone will contact me in 15 minutes. No phone call from them at all.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

@BOBTEL  Stop selecting option 1 and select option 2 then select the closest option to your needs.
