Upgrade

On my ee app it says I can upgrade on 0, after talking to someone in the executive office and then agree I can upgrade next month. So after checking today it says ungrade on 0 what does this mean?? It has no option to sign in and upgrade

Resolved! Not the account holder

I'm trying to upgrade and my account says I'm not the account holder. I am. I've relinked myself as the account holder and bill payer and it still says I'm not the account holder. Any ideas?

Resolved! New Pay Monthly account

Hi,i've just signed up to a new Pay monthly sim. I used my email which I forgot already has a PAYG sim linked to it. Will this cause an issue when i get my new pay monthly sim? Or do I need to delete the PAYG sim from my account as i no longer use it
