Resolved! Paying bill

Hi, trying to pay bill via app, bank sends money but message on EE app pops up saying payment failed?!?! Any ideas?  Have been trying to pay for a few days same message every time!?

I want convincing reason!!

I don’t know why EE company takes more than 1 month to fix the app problem, so before when I want to top up my eSIM card it was very easy and it takes a seconds but now when suddenly my data finished in midnight I have to wait until the morning to go...

Hi guys sorry for the question looking to upgrade from my 14 pro max to the 15 pro max it says they offer up to £336 will that money if I did get offered it go to my bank or just my ee account please

Topping up

my plan direct debit tried to go out yesterday but had no money in that bank account. It failed and I can’t buy one now because app is down? Any suggestions please?
