On the EE website I click on View My Bill and it just opens up a wrong page.

On the website I can’t view my bill. It just gives me a page the says “Manage Numbers”.

What happens if you click Manage Numbers?

Are you able to access the EE App OK?

I open the website, log in, click on Bills and Payments at the top then

See your full mobile bill

This just takes me to a page saying 

MANAGE NUMBERS

I do not want this.i just want the option to see and download my bills through the website.

However, the app does work properly just now and I have downloaded mt last months bill from there.

I still don’t have an answer to this, except not to use the website. I do remember it happening maybe a coulee of years ago and am not sure how and why it resolved. Is it a known issue? I cannot see and download my bills through the website.
