Suspicious app outage

Funny how everyone can’t access their payments all I’m saying is that there better be some sort of compensation as it’s strange that it’s down for most of the day

'Can't log in' to upgrade but i am logged in!

i am trying to do an early upgrade because my phone has gone completely unresponsive, but the website is taking me in circles!i logged into my account, going to look at upgrade deals and it just tells me it can't log me in!i can't call the 150 number...
