I'm trying to transfer from my Plusnet Mobile account to one of the exclusive EE deals I'm apparently being offered
I'm able to get a code and can see the deal options, but when I click to buy any of the deals I just get a screen with a loading symbol in the left corner (see first screenshot). The page never loads. This happens whether I try on my mobile browser or my laptop browser.
I've tried going directly to the EE site but I can't access any of the sections in the shop, or view my basket (which apparently has one item in it - I have no idea what this is). No matter what part of the shop I try to access I just get a message saying "We're just making some changes."
I've tried this a couple of times over the last few days and the problem is still there.
I can see lots of people have been getting similar problems for many months. I don't understand why simply accessing your shop to buy a product should be so problematic. Not exactly filling me with hope as to how good your customer service will be if I join. Any ideas why this is happening?

the page hasnt been woking corectly in firefox or edge but now i do get Moving from Plusnet (ee.co.uk)
but with no pricing or options to continue
