Resolved! online account

hi i cant access either my ee app or online account  i cant see bills or upgrade options its telling me technical fault have deleted reinstalled app cleared cache etc nothing helping any ideas on what to do next?

Missing lists of PAYG add-ons (Legacy Packs) - My EE web

Are the payg add-ons not listed anymore on the dashboard when viewed through a desktop web browser? I remember seeing such items listed, e.g.  extra minutes, data, texts, for X amount of days, you could buy them with either existing credit or a pre-r...

PAYG - SIMO - webpage layout

2 diffrent acounts on one my ee

Some how my moms ee account had been linked to mine on the my ee app I've tried removing the number but when I go into that part on the Web site login in it does not show up on there ?
