My bill is due to be paid today but the app and the website keeps giving me an error message saying unable to take payment saying 'sorry something's gone wrong'
What are the chances that they are happy to charge me a late payment fee once it has been fixed.
What is going on EE??!!!

Exactly the same. No doubt I will be charged a late payment for their mistake - same old EE

Are you logging into the EE app or EE account online to make the payment?
