Hello, I switched my number from Three to EE and got a separate 5G data sim as well. I'm having a problem linking the products on your website . I typed in the original phone number from Three that's working and I get the confirmation SMS code but the error image below is displayed. Can you please help me get this working so I can access the invoices? Thank you.

Hello,

I had a similar issue when I switched to EE from Three. I wasn't getting the 2FA auth codes. Then I went to the store and they called the tech support and they switched something on their system and it got a bit better in a few days.

Now I'm getting 2 factor auth codes, but sometimes they are delayed a bit.

But I'm still having an issue linking the online account with the sim products.
