Since joining EE I have never been able to view my bills through my app. Originally, I was told there was a delay and in linking accounts and I should wait until the 24th February. When that date passed I called again and was told that they would put a request through and it would be fixed in 24 hours. The problem wasn't fixed so called a couple of weeks later . This time I was told it would take 24hours to fix the problem. Again nothing happened.

Can you view your bills if you log into your EE account online?
Do you have a mobile or broadband account?
