Inclusive add-on

I'm trying to change my inclusive add-on but I am unable to because of a technical issue. I'm having this problem on both website and the app, is anyone else having this problem?

Link phone account to app

When using the app it shows my broadband account but not our mobile account the myself and my wife have EE. When zi try to link these it says they are already linked to another account. Can you assist please.Thanks Dave

Manage not working on app

Whenever I go to manage on my app it shows up with broadband mobile accessories and gaming rather than what it usually would show. This is very annoying because I want to set up direct debit and I can’t
