I've just gone into my EE app after a few weeks and it seems to have totally changed. I can no longer see any of my account details or usage etc that I used to be able to. It then asks me to ink a product, when I out my mobile number in it tells me that that number is already inked to an account. Very frustrating. I've uninstalled and then re-downloaded the app but it's the same.

Same. Went to pay my bill today and nothing is as I expected it. Looks like something may be broken at EE’s end?

Do you get the same message if you log into your account online?

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?
Do you get an option to link the account?
