I've just gone into my EE app after a few weeks and it seems to have totally changed. I can no longer see any of my account details or usage etc that I used to be able to. It then asks me to ink a product, when I out my mobile number in it tells me that that number is already inked to an account. Very frustrating. I've uninstalled and then re-downloaded the app but it's the same.

Same. Went to pay my bill today and nothing is as I expected it. Looks like something may be broken at EE’s end?

Hi, I am having the same issue and can’t find a solution anywhere. I can login online and/ or log into the app, but all I see are sales pages and items even after login, and when I go to “link a device” then a window pops up that allows me to do so (but in that window it’s on an internet page, even if opened through the app) and once the link is completed I can see my information IN THAT WINDOW but if I minimize that window back to the app there is nowhere to access the information!
and then I go back to “link a device” and it says it has already been linked

I know it's not much fun going around in circles trying to link your details and being no further forward.
Although the pop-up is allowing you to link your information, it sounds to me like it isn't completing the request for some reason. Once you have successfully linked your details, you then have full access to view everything online or through the EE app.
Out of curiosity, have you tried doing this over mobile data and disabling any WiFi? Often it will send through a One Time PIN to complete the setup, and being connected to data rather than WiFi tends to do the trick!

Can't see my phone or how much I've used but they are very good at collecting the money from my account each months.

Can you text BALANCE to 150, does the reply show your allowance details?
