I'm using the Safari browser on a Mac desktop computer to access my EE account. My user Profile page is showing no information at all but I can see all my profile information if I log in using Firefox. Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be going wrong?

Welcome to the EE Community!
When it comes to viewing your account in Safari, have you checked to make sure this browser is fully up to date?
Also if you try logging in through our app, does all of the correct information show?

Thank you for getting back to me.
I'm on the latest Safari Version 15.6.1 which is the latest supported on my old MAC which can go no higher than Catalina version 10.15.7 i.e. my Safari version is relatively old.
Logging on via my mobile app does show me all my Profile details so I do have access to this information. My habit is to use a desk top computer for this type of thing so I'd not noticed it on the app. Looks like I might need to change my habits until such time as I can justify upgrading my MAC.
