Can’t access account profile in App

I cannot view / see any account on the My EE app, I am currently aboard and want to increase my spend cap so I can continue using my phone but can’t.

Are you able to access the EE Online desktop site?

Hi,

No, I log in it asked for a verification code which I have done and then it’s gone to an error screen asking to call 150 which I cannot do.

Are you able to see the 'message us' option in the help section of your EE App? That will take you to a live chat service.

Unfortunately again it does not give me that option, it says contact us then I go into it and it doesn’t give me the option to live chat on any of the buttons.

I have googled this also and nothing is appearing.  Could someone please ring me to resolve this issue asap?

I am sorry we have no account access on the community to call you and get this looked into. You would need to call us from another phone or a VoIP service such as Skype.
