I HAVE HAD TO CONTACT EE TECH SUPPORT REGARDING EE BLOCKING MY ACCOUNT NEARLY EVERY DAY. YESTERDAY I WAS TOLD WHAT TYpE OF PASSWORD TO WRITE. I HAVE NEVEr HAD A UTILITY COMPANY GIVE ME AN INTERFACE REGARDING PASSWORDS.
2. WHEN I WAS ABLE LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT 98% OF THE EE APP WAS NOT WORKING..
3. Why has the app been changed to not allow customers to gain access to their broadband accounts? Lost away from home?
4. Is there any reason why BT EE employee would be writing coding on my phone?
