when I try to log in on the app. It says “there has been a technical error, visit the website”
when I try to log in via the website. It says “this is not available right now” call us when I try to call it goes through a stupid text verification system and won’t let me speak to a human.
what’s up with the website?
it’s been 2 months. I need to add data to my SIM card.
I can’t use my phone unless I’m on WiFi.
it’s driving me insane!
yes I have cleared the cookies, deleted and reinstalled the app, and tried to log in from multiple different IP addresses and devices!
edit - I also can’t see my account number to get help from the online chat people.
May aswell cancel my direct debit payments and wait for a human to ring me?

I am sorry you are unable to access your EE account.
Have you reported this error message to our tech guides on 150?
They can run through some troubleshooting to get this looked into for you.
If you need to add data, you can visit add-on.ee.co.uk.
