EE sim linking

Hopefully I could get some help here with someone looking in to this for me. I received my SIM card on the 28th when trying to link it wasn’t working. I phoned up today and the person on the call said they have fixed it. When logging in I didn’t see any changes so I thought I’d give linking another go. This message popped up when doing so. I’m not sure if the person on call put my email in wrong? So I’m just wanting to know if I could get this looked in to.

Hi @Nerkmo Thanks for getting in touch with us here in the community.

 

If your My EE account didn't state that you've linked the sim previously, It's more than likely that the guide that you spoke to has linked the sim already.

 

I want to make sure that you get some clarity on the situation, so I'd recommend giving us a call on 150 from an EE phone, or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
