Once again the EE site is shocking. I try to login and get the page below which is hopeless. I have tried clearing history, using different browsers, used a Mac and Windows, iPad, and iPhone and nothing works. It has been like this for a few days. EE must have the most unreliable web site of all the major networks.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing further problems with your EE account.
Are you able to log into the EE app and view your details?
Have you made any account changes since you last logged in and could view the information?

The app is fine as long as you don't want to buy another sim etc., it takes you to the store where you have to login and where it all falls apart again.
