Upgrade details not loading on my account

I've tried on both the EE app and the webiste but everytime I try to log into my account and upgrade it doesn't work. The app just says we "can't load this right now" and has done for the last week. The website just brings up a blank page once i try and log on and click on anything to do with upgrading. Does anyone else have this issue?

Thanks for coming to the community and letting us know the online upgrade is not working for you. 

Can you text UP to 150, does the reply show you are eligible to upgrade? 

Have you recently requested a PAC or made any changes?

Hi,

150 stats I can upgrade, my contract finishes on the 4th of September. I've not requested my PAC the only thing that's changed is I've taken out TnT sport.
