Unable To Use EE Website or App

Hi!

I have logged into the website and I am unable to access bills or buy anything.

When I login to the app I can't do anything and greeted by a screen that is not helpful.

Can't buy any products or manage anything.

I wanted to get EE broadband but it wouldn't let me so I went with Vodafone.

I can't see my bills which I need to.

I have called customer service multiple times and they do absolutely nothing. 

Once my contracts are finished I'm leaving EE unless they can fix it within the next month.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Customer service know absolutely nothing about what they are meant to be doing.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having a problem with your account. It sounds like this could be related to your EEID and the way that it is (or isn't) linked to your products.

I know you've already spoken to our Customer Care team, but they are the best people to speak to to try and get this sorted.
