Ordered an esim but didn’t receive it and now I wish to have my £15 back. How can i reach EE?

SIM orders should arrive within 2-5 working days by Royal Mail. How long ago did you order the EE SIM card? 

Was the SIM card you ordered a pay as you go SIM or pay monthly? Did you receive an email confirming your order?
