Resolved! Wrong Charge for new sign up

I signed up for 2 sim contracts, 150GB for £20 each but with my discount for being on BT Internet it would be £18 a month each line. Just checked my bill and the discount has not been applied to one of the numbers so I’m paying £38 instead of £36.

Why is my bill higher than usual

Resolved! Credit Check

New contract has taken payment and sent me an email to confirm order and says wait for delivery update. Can I still be declined the contract? 

Unknown spend

£40 spend appeared on my bill, I think it’s a charity donation but I’ve forgotten what.  Bill has no further detail.  Standard help suggest there should be a 5 digit code that should have more detail but it’s not there.  Any suggestions
