Unknown spend

£40 spend appeared on my bill, I think it’s a charity donation but I’ve forgotten what.  Bill has no further detail.  Standard help suggest there should be a 5 digit code that should have more detail but it’s not there.  Any suggestions

Katie, I’ve tried   When I click on the link it says open java link but nothing happens.  I guess it should be simple but I can’t find the solution.
