Hi I am a brand new customer to EE, I just received my new phone and unlimited data package, it only took a day to arrive, however I am really confused after signing into my new EE account, I have just discovered it says my plan ends today, how can this be??? This is the first day I've had it I only started it today?? Please help I'm really confused .

It's normal for your first bill to be produced within one week of joining EE. Your plan allowances reset on your billing date, which must be the 15th of each month if your allowances end today.
