Parent control useless when app down!

MelGodbeer

Please EE send users an alert ahead of time telling us that the app will be down AGAIN! so we can try plan ahead with locked devices 😡

If our kids ask to change times or we need to shuffle things around between device times and the app is In maintenance - again- the whole point of the app falls apart!

when the app is down there really should be an override in our account settings via our web browser for us to be able to at least open all devices in one go. Pleeeeeeese.

@MelGodbeer     Its  your online account that’s been taken down this in turn affects the app because that’s a portal to your online account.  The app isn’t down the app isn’t getting updates as that’s via the app or play store.   It’s your online account that’s had access removed and that removal means the app is out of action.   You can’t gain access to your account so no access to router options.       It’s not a good at all to have this all rolled in to one app,

Hi @MelGodbeer

Take the devices off them. Simple.

You're posting at 11pm on a Friday and yes the app and service goes down for improvements but ultimately there is no ideal time as someone will always complain.

Thanks
