Can’t view bills online. It’s been a week. Useless!

EE app

Help!!!!! My ee app is constantly crashing now. I have a SG22 ultra.The app let's me in but when I goto share data it hangs and crashes. Very very glitchy and sticky when Trying to open it ? ? ?
