EE app and website

Resolved! Impossible to view Broadband Bill on online account.

EE online broadband account is not fit for purpose.  Why is it so difficult to see my boradband bill online - all I ever get is blue/green circles going round and round ad infinitum. Does anyone else have this problem?

 wifi had been cut off! i work from home and they know this and i can’t even speak to anyone to get it back on because they shut at 9pm if they shut at 9pm why have they cut off my wifi at 9:50pm at night knowing that i wouldn’t be able to phone them...

This ee app is diabolical!! I joined in march and it has not worked properly yet and broadband keeps going off and on and I paid for the best router!! Just a waste of money 郎郎郎
