Wrong Charge for new sign up

I signed up for 2 sim contracts, 150GB for £20 each but with my discount for being on BT Internet it would be £18 a month each line. Just checked my bill and the discount has not been applied to one of the numbers so I’m paying £38 instead of £36.

Hi @Br1ckT0p  You will need to contact EE to discuss what was agreed, however the T&Cs seem to say it's one discount per household.

That said, your second SIM may be eligible for the EE 10% additional line discount if it's on the same account?

So I'd say call EE and hopefully they can come up with a solution that you're happy with?

@Br1ckT0p   I think you’ll find it’s one discount and not per line for having BT internet.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @chistery @Chris_B It’s just when I was in store the young lad who served me quoted £36. I’ll try and contact them.
