@Joshuahirstee If EE say you are owed £105 then you’ll get £105 back. Don’t worry about it.

I get that Chris and I understand your supposed to get back your up front cost due to you not having the device I just dont understand why I was given 45 for my previous bill price all the advisors say I should get that back and it is the correct amount I just dont want hassle anymore and I dont want them to have made a mistake i just dont get why I've been given 45 from my last bill price back aswell

Our Mobile Care team have access to your account and bill, they'll be able to explain how the refunds work and how much you're expected to get back.

I have spoken to 3 advisors all saying I'm owed everything I payed to ee back however I just dont want any confusion as apparently my usage was next to nothing that's why they gave me the 45 from last bill back
I have enclosed below photos of my final bill and how it has been worked out
If anyone could look through and just let me know that the advisors and the bill is correct just as I don't want confusion at all

I've sent you a private message, @Joshuahirstee. Could you have a look and get back to me please?
I've rejected one of your images, because it included your name and mobile number in the public forum.
