Conecting phones and TV to Smart Hub Plus

Setting up Smart Hub Plus but cannot connect my digital phones and smart TVs to the hub. I press the WPS button but it does not flash. My connection to my desktop computer is fine but this is direct by cable to the hub. Is the hub faulty?

How do I connect my smart home devices to an EE smart hub. I keep getting messages that I'm trying to connect 2.4 gh devices to a 5gh wifi. Is it even possible or is the smart hub effectively useless.
