How absolutley useless are EE for a so called "tech" company. We have been forced to move from BT to EE for our telephone and broadband. Unfortunately we have had nothing but issues with them since we moved over. Never received any emails from them initially so didn't have a clue what was going on. Checked on website and app after installation and no Broadband information was there. Called EE and a very nice man assured us we would receive our bill within the next few days. That came and went and still nothing, called again only to be told that they had the incorrect email for us, had it as .co.uk instead of .com! Anyway once this was rectified we started receiving emails from EE. Got the email informing us that Bill was ready to view (by this time the bill had actually been paid). Logged in on website version, nothing happens just get endless blue/green dots going round and round....bill never loads. Tried App version on phone and ipad, yay the bill is there, but no matter what we do it will not download so we can print in out. Can't say how disappointing EE are with there tech. Have seen numerous posts about how rubbish their website and app are, but they don't seem to care, how hard can it be to get basic things right?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi Michael D, tried clearing cache etc and a different browser, made no difference, still get the endless circle of blue dots going round and round and eventually an error message 🙄. Think this might just be some weird error on our account.
However, I have had another look on the app on phone and have found a "work round".
1. Open App
2. Select View Bill
3. Select Download your bill as PDF
4. Bill will then appear on screen. Select "Download" icon at top of screen. PDF file can then be sent direct to printer.
5. Alternatively send PDF as an attachment to Email or Messenger etc. Then can be opened on desktop computer and printed that way.
So glad I finally found a solution and I hope this will help others with a similar problem.

Have you linked your BB to your EE a/c?

If you mean BT account linked to EE then yes this has been done. The issue is I can see the bill on the EE app, but the download button doesn't work so the PDF file won't download to be printed. I've tried everything I can think of but can't get it to work, it's so frustrating. The only thing I can do (at the moment) is take screen shots of each page and print the bill that way. As for the website version of EE bill nothing at all shows just an endless waiting symbol.

No, I wasn't talking about anything to do with BT. I asked about whether your Broadband account was linked to your EE account but obviously it is.
Have you looked in the Download folder on your device?

Hi @Snellie.
Thanks for coming to the community.
Have you tried to delete the app and install it again to see if that lets you download the bill? Can you also try to clear the cookies and cache from your browser or try another browser to see if that gets you any further on the website?
Michael

Hi @ccapell
Thanks for coming to the community 🙂
You can view and download your bills by logging into your EE account.
Please see our Viewing Your Monthly EE Bill Help page for more details.

Hi Leanne,
I've tried everything possible logging into my EE account to view my bill. It doesn't work at all on my computer through EE website, but I can do it using the app on my phone. I have posted the solution I have found for getting the bill in the comments above. I'm really confused as to why my EE account on the computer won't load the bill but the app version does, just strange!
Thanks for your help
