The EE app is awful. I'm a BT customer that has moved over to EE, (I received an email from BT telling me to do so) I'm trying to link my broadband through the app. The app says it needs a passcode. When I request the passcode, nothing comes through. I have checked my mobile number and I have given EE the correct one. My phone is a Vodafone. Do I need the app? The broadband is working fine, so far.

Try linking it in your online MyEE: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Add another number > Link EE Broadband.

I now seem to be locked out because I have tried too many times. Bloody frustrating. Someone suggested go to Manage in the app. That's just full of adverts tempting you to buy stuff. I might go to the store on Saturday for some help. Do I need the app anyway?
