Flashing Aqua Blue light

I’ve had no internet and a flashing aqua blue light on my smart hub for 4 days! Switched sockets, telephone points, switched off, factory reset and still nothing! Is anyone else having the same issue? Or can anyone advise as to what to donext? Thanks
