EE App shows online status as wrong

EE App > Manage > Broadband > Wifi Controls > Smart Hub Plus It shows my PC is online and says This Device You but it is my iPhone not PC, PC is off since yesterday

HIVE not connected

After switching my BT hub for EE, all laptop, tablet and phone sucessfuly connected but HIVE control not connected. And yes, it is plugged to the hub. Can anyone help. We are without heating.
