Broadband keeps dropping

Since being moved over to EE from BT my broadband signal keeps dropping.which is no good as I work from home. I’m not even getting my guaranteed speed.whats going on?

If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult Check service in your area  to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area.

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

@Rmcg1 Was anything else changed at the time off the move, ie new router, upgrade, new extenders etc!

If you are having issues with your actual connection dropping (Like the lights on your hub is going) there is likely a fault and I would call technical support to get that looked at.  If not then any changes as mentioned above may be contributing
