How to contact someone at EE

Back in August I was due to have a FREE upgrade to my broadband, when the day arrived, an 'engineer' from Kelly Communications left me with nothing but mess and distress. I've now received another message from Openreach saying they want to come and do the same FREE installation again. I've tried contacting Openreach to find out what they want to do but they tell me I must contact EE first.
When I try to contact EE all I get is a robot telling me to download an app to a phone I do not have. Can anyone on here advise how I can get in contact with a human at EE please?

EE have never had any email contact for their BB. Try calling EE CS on the Freephone no.(Opt 1) in my sig.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Thanks Jim but I was hoping for an email address but it looks as though that's no longer possible.

@FiestaRed You are 100% correct, you call EE CS or nothing at all will ever happen, you are a customer of EE and OR rightly so do NOT want to speak with you.
